V. K. Shunglu served as the 9th Comptroller and Auditor General of India. He is a 1962 batch Indian Administrative Service Officer from the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He is a recipient of the Padma Bhushan in 2019.He is among the founding members of the India Rejuvenation Initiative, an anti-corruption forum formed by retired bureaucrats. He has also been a member of many committees including the inquiry commission into the Commonwealth Games scandal and the Shunglu Committee which examined charges of irregularities in government appointments in the state of Delhi. He also headed the committee to assess the rehabilitation of people displaced by the construction of the SardarSarovar Dam and the committee to look into the proposal by Indian Institutes of Managements for increasing their fees. He is a member of and is the Current chairman of Delhi Public School Society since 2014. He was conferred the Padma Bhushan in 2019 for his contributions to the civil services.

DPS Rajpura is a co-education day school promoted by the Lighthouse Educational Trust and managed by the Delhi Public School Society. The DPS Society with its motto, Service before Self, was registered under the Society’s Act in 1948 and the very first school of the DPS Society was launched in 1949 at Mathura Road. Dr. (Ms.) GunmeetBindra, Founder Trustee Delhi Public School, Rajpura, an alumnus of the Delhi School of Economics and Calcutta University, is the first woman to have headed a boys’ boarding school in India.

An accomplished educationist with over 30 years of experience in teaching and school administration, she has held many coveted positions, including member of the CBSE Governing Body, as well as the CBSE Affiliation Committee. She is the British Council School Ambassador in India and a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Boys’ School Coalition (IBSC), as the current Vice President of the IBSC-Asia Pacific Region.

Mr. Ranjot Singh, an accomplished businessman in the field of manufacture of auto parts, foundry and real estate, is a commerce graduate from Delhi University is the Chairman and Managing Director of Emdet Group of Companies with an experience of over 23 years. The company has multiple manufacturing plants and operations PAN India with its Head Office at Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), supplying two major original equipment manufacturers, products that are known for being the best in class quality.

One's ability to adapt to those changes will determine your success in life.” Truly believing in these words of Benjamin Franklin, Mrs. Geetika Chandra discerned at a young age that flexibility is indeed imperative to find oneself stable grounds. Being a third generation army progeny, integrity, discipline and tenacity have always been a way of life for her. She opines that this adaptability and regulation are an essential part of learning because it helps students become successful at both - school and life.

Being an MBA in HR and Marketing and and holding a Masters degree in English language, Mrs. Chandra had been initiated into the corporate world - associated with some prestigious brands. However, following her passion for education, she entered the world of education in 1999. Putting perfection in all her work, she has been associated with many residential and day schools across India with the aim of giving back to the society. Having taught children of all age groups, coupled with her people management skills, she gathered deep insights on student psychology and behaviour and stepped into administrative roles in 2011.
